We're looking to speak with exceptional hands-on Head ofs/CTOs with proven experience scaling start-ups 🚀

What You’ll Do:

• Define and execute a bold technical vision for a next-generation digital platform
• Build and lead a world-class engineering team
• Partner with product and design to deliver seamless, innovative user experiences
• Drive adoption of cutting-edge technologies (AI, immersive media, advanced analytics)
• Oversee architecture, development, and delivery from concept to scale
• Shape the data strategy and ensure robust analytics and insights
• Represent technology both internally and externally

What You'll Need:

• Proven experience as a CTO or senior engineering leader in fast-paced startups
• Track record building and scaling digital products (from 0 → 1 and beyond)
• Strategic thinker who’s also hands-on with code and architecture
• Passionate about building products that make a real difference

What Tech?

• Backend: Typescript, Node.js (Nest.js)
• Frontend: React (Next.js)
• Cloud: AWS, microservices, Docker, CI/CD
• Data: DBT, Redshift, Metabase
