About The Role
We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team and help shape the future of our partner-facing platforms. This role involves owning the end-to-end design process—collaborating with product managers and engineers to craft intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences. You will translate complex workflows into simple, effective interfaces and ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience across all Playwire products.

About The Role
We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team and help shape the future of our partner-facing platforms. This role involves owning the end-to-end design process—collaborating with product managers and engineers to craft intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences. You will translate complex workflows into simple, effective interfaces and ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience across all Playwire products.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop innovative and functional design solutions
- Improve existing user journeys, workflows, and components to enhance usability
- Execute all visual design stages from concept through final hand-off to engineering
- Translate requirements into interactive design concepts that address both business and user goals
- Produce wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
- Present and defend design decisions to peers and stakeholders
- Conduct user research and use feedback to inform design improvements
- Maintain brand consistency through the creation and promotion of design standards and style guides
- Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within SaaS or PaaS environments
- A strong design portfolio demonstrating UI and UX capabilities
- Proficiency in wireframing and visual design tools such as Figma, Illustrator, or Photoshop
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles
- Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
- Up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
