About The Role

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team and help shape the future of our partner-facing platforms. This role involves owning the end-to-end design process—collaborating with product managers and engineers to craft intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences. You will translate complex workflows into simple, effective interfaces and ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience across all Playwire products.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop innovative and functional design solutions
  • Improve existing user journeys, workflows, and components to enhance usability
  • Execute all visual design stages from concept through final hand-off to engineering
  • Translate requirements into interactive design concepts that address both business and user goals
  • Produce wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
  • Present and defend design decisions to peers and stakeholders
  • Conduct user research and use feedback to inform design improvements
  • Maintain brand consistency through the creation and promotion of design standards and style guides

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within SaaS or PaaS environments
  • A strong design portfolio demonstrating UI and UX capabilities
  • Proficiency in wireframing and visual design tools such as Figma, Illustrator, or Photoshop
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Deep understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles
  • Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
  • Up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
