Site Reliability Engineer(A183456)

Job Description

1.Responsible for resource delivery, system capacity management, monitoring, fault handling, and other daily operations related to internal systems or internet-facing services.

2.Participate in the review of technical and system design documents, understand the technology architecture and principles, identify risks proactively and provide professional solutions.

3.Communicate with relevant stakeholders to provide feedback and pursue timely improvements on existing problems in the business operating environment.

4.Participate in the design and development of internal system features and contribute to the system's optimization based on BU's requests.

5.Responsible for operational data analysis, quality analysis, budgeting and other operational work.

6.Participate in the team's on-call rotation, assist with diagnosing, addressing production issues, and responding to incidents.

Job Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

2.Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, networking (TCP/IP, HTTP), distributed systems, and cloud architectures.

3.Hands-on experience with Linux systems and software like NGINX and systemd.

4.Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Go, or shell scripting.

5.Driven to design and maintain highly available, scalable, and fault-tolerant distributed systems.

6.Willingness to occasionally work outside standard business hours during critical incidents.

7.Bonus Points:

Prior exposure to production-grade internet services or infrastructure projects.

Familiarity with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and tools like Kubernetes, Terraform, or Ansible.

Experience in incident response frameworks, SLA management, or post-incident analysis.

Proficiency in Mandarin oral communication (business-level fluency preferred).
