Agile Coach

Location : Remote (need to be in EST / CST time zone)

Duration : 6 months contract to hire

Need to have US Citizenship or Green Card

• Lead, advise, collaborate and coach teams on their agile journey.
• As a servant leader of agile development, this role will serve across the enterprise to help build our practices and coaching abilities to enable business and technical agility.
• Focus on continuous improvement.

Skills

• 10+ years if influential Leadership
• Insurance industry experience
• 5+ years of Agile team collaboration, facilitation, and coaching experience in large strategic initiatives.
• Ability to assess and communicate progress against coaching, improvement and change roadmaps.
• Proven ability to lead/coach large efforts involving multiple business units and support organizations.
• Experience mentoring cross functional teams and influencing without authority.
• Being familiar with leading/coaching large multi-million-dollar efforts, involving multiple teams on efforts with significant business implications across multiple areas, and experience in LEAN, Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is also preferred.
• Certification in multiple agile frameworks and coaching (e.g. ICP-ACC, PSM, PSPO)
