Job Overview

We are seeking a Finance Analytics Senior Specialist to spearhead the transformation of our finance data infrastructure and reporting automation. This strategic role will take ownership of Finance department’s BI capabilities within ERP, planning, and reporting domains and lead the integration of financial and operational data to deliver intelligent, automated reporting solutions.

The role will also drive AI-powered automation and implement scalable systems in later stages to support our hypergrowth trajectory. As we expand, the role will have the opportunity to lay the groundwork to build and lead a dedicated finance systems and analytics function

(Some Of) What You Will Be Doing

• Develop and optimize advanced SQL queries and automate dashboards that integrate financial and operational KPIs.
• Lead the implementation and management of reports that are connected to ERP, planning, and reporting systems, serving as the in-house Finance Analytics lead.
• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to execute technology-enabled finance transformation projects.
• Champion AI and automation initiatives to advance the capabilities of Financial Operations and FP&A.
• Design and execute a scalable roadmap to evolve finance analytics into a high-impact unit.
  
  

Attitude matters most but do you have any of these?

• 5+ years of experience in finance systems, analytics, or transformation-focused roles.
• Expert-level skills in SQL, Python, GCP(Airflow) and proficiency in BI tools (Tableau and Looker preferred).
• Adequate understanding of finance processes, with a demonstrated passion for automation.
• Background in fast-growth tech environments such as e-commerce, fintech, delivery, or mobile apps is highly desirable.
• Experience with ERP/EPM systems, Odoo experience is a plus.
• A strategic thinker who is also a hands-on executor, with a vision to build and scale a future-facing team.
