Nibble is an all-around knowledge app for adult learners. It offers short, interactive lessons on different topics, from art to math. Nibble has been featured as App of the Day in over 50 countries, including the US, the UK, and Canada.
Your responsibility will be to strengthen and boost the Web Growth direction within Nibble, effectively communicate the product’s value to users, and help the team achieve its goals.
Key focus areas: web funnels, onboarding, user activation, monetization strategy, and identifying new growth opportunities.

What you’ll be doing:
- Own and scale the Web Growth direction within the product
- Drive user growth and boost monetization by effectively communicating the product’s value
- Prioritize and manage the backlog, launch experiments, and improve key metrics through data-driven insights
- Research competitors, analyze markets, and uncover new growth opportunities to fuel user acquisition and retention
- Set ambitious goals, shape the product roadmap, and align efforts across teams and stakeholders
- Build and streamline workflows to keep the team moving forward.
What you need to join us:
- 1+ year of experience in product IT or experience launching your own product
- Background in Web or Growth (having both is a plus)
- Solid understanding of A/B testing and product optimization. You know your way around data analysis methods, product metrics, and tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.
- Ability to independently plan your scope of work, make decisions, and manage the product backlog
- Strong results-driven mindset, analytical thinking, and readiness to take ownership
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher
- Alignment with our team values (SELECT)
