Key Responsibilities

• Address and resolve basic customer inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Work night and weekend shifts to ensure continuous support availability.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year in a support role, preferably in fintech.
• Fluent in English and Russian (Ukrainian is a plus).
• Strong technical foundation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently during night and weekend shifts.
