Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Guidewire applications to support business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Guidewire applications.
- Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices through code reviews.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design development testing and deployment.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for Guidewire applications.
- Implement and configure Guidewire PolicyCenter to meet business needs.
- Work closely with business analysts to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform unit testing and support system integration testing.
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Guidewire and Property & Casualty Insurance.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
- Possess strong experience in Insurance
- Guidewire Guidewire
- PolicyCenter and Guidewire.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Show proficiency in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Have strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Display the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
