We are hiring an AI engineer intern that helps us scaling our AI-powered search. We are looking for a person that has a self-starter mentality, takes ownership from day 1, and joins us to bring JOSEPHA to the next level.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate machine learning models to ensure they meet our standards required for production.
• Extend our monitoring capabilities across several different models and platforms.
• Assist in data pre-processing and preparation for LLM finetuning.
• Develop and test novel agentic workflows for aggregating multi-modal data.
• Collaborate with our team to optimize search relevance and recommendation algorithms.

Qualifications:

• You must be smarter than the founders
• You are studying (max. 6 months before graduation) or have recently graduated in Computer Science, or a related field.
• You have already built cool stuff that other people use.
• Proficiency with Python
• Independence and willingness to own your projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn.
