About The Role
We are looking for a capable and self-motivated React developer with 35 years of experience to join our front-end team. The successful candidate will work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product stakeholders to deliver performant, scalable, and maintainable web applications.
This role is ideal for someone who has strong React fundamentals, a keen eye for UI detail, and experience working within modern front-end workflows and CI/CD pipelines. You should be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within an agile team.

About The Role
We are looking for a capable and self-motivated React developer with 35 years of experience to join our front-end team. The successful candidate will work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product stakeholders to deliver performant, scalable, and maintainable web applications.
This role is ideal for someone who has strong React fundamentals, a keen eye for UI detail, and experience working within modern front-end workflows and CI/CD pipelines. You should be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within an agile team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new user-facing features using React and associated libraries (e.g. Redux, React Query, etc.)
- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality code
- Write clean, modular, testable code and contribute to front-end architecture decisions
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and services
- Participate in code reviews, sprint ceremonies, and estimation sessions
- Troubleshoot and debug application issues as they arise
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tooling
- 35 years experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React
- Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript
- Experience with component libraries and design systems (e.g. Material UI, Storybook, Tailwind)
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and async data handling (e.g. fetch, Axios)
- Experience with Git and collaborative workflows (PRs, branches, merges)
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility
- Exposure to Agile development environments and CI/CD practices
- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library or Cypress
- Familiarity with Next.js or other SSR frameworks
- Experience with backend systems or full-stack development (Node.js, GraphQL)
- Experience working in enterprise or large-scale application environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of task
- Comfortable asking questions, giving feedback, and contributing to a positive team culture
