Agile Coach
We are seeking a versatile and experienced Consultant, Agile Coach to support squads in the Domain transformation for Consumer Finance within Personal Banking!

As a Consultant, Agile Coach, you will be joining Consumer Finance team within Personal Banking that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

As Consultant, Agile Coach, you will

  • Coaching and supporting Product squads to improve their performance and Agile maturity
  • Coaching Product squads through 90 day Planning and coaching domain leads to facilitate big room planning
  • Guiding Product squads in running best practice Agile ceremonies (e.g. daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
  • Supporting the Product squads with the identification of impediments and fostering a collaborative team environment
  • Facilitating training sessions with Product squad members to uplift agile capabilities across Consumer Finance Domain
  • Providing feedback and insights to teams and stakeholders on Agile practices
  • Tracking and reporting on team performance metrics

What You Will Bring

  • Experience working as an agile squad coach in an agile environment
  • Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Rally, Clarity)
  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle
  • Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Agile Coach, PMI-ACP) preferred
