Backend Developer Sr (Node.js)

Remitee, a fast-growing fintech company specializing in international payments, is looking for a Backend Developer to join our Integrations team🚀

In this role, you’ll be instrumental in building and maintaining technological solutions that connect our platform with key providers and third-party services. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across Technology, Product, and Operations to ensure seamless and scalable integrations

Key Responsibilities

• Develop backend software to support various integration-related business projects.
• Implement and maintain back-office interfaces related to technology providers.
• Ensure thorough documentation for all projects under your responsibility.
• Build prototypes and proof of concept for new integrations.
• Guarantee that developments align with the functional design specifications.
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with Node.js (NestJS framework).
• Solid understanding of microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server).
• Knowledge of messaging systems, event-driven architectures, and queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis).
• Experience with Web Services (e.g., REST APIs, gRPC).
• Understanding of Software Architecture principles, including Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Proficiency with version control tools (Git, Mercurial, TFS).
• Experience using tools for requirements management and development environments (Azure DevOps).
