Product Owner

We’re looking for a Senior Product Owner with a proven track record leading digital product development in tech environments.

In this role, you'll drive product vision, prioritize backlogs, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of user needs, pain points, and behaviors through various research methods.
• Own, define, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it is well-groomed, refined, and aligned with strategic objectives.
• Communicate product updates, progress, and challenges effectively to all relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor product performance using key metrics, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Scrum Master
• Strong knowledge of SCRUM methodology
• Solid understanding of digital product lifecycle
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent English (written & spoken)

Nice to have:

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification.
