About the role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Team Coordinator (TTC) to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with HR consultants to coordinate and execute administrative processes across the full employee lifecycle.
While this role carries the title “Coordinator,” it does not involve people management. Instead, you’ll focus on coordinating tasks, data management, and HR operational support using systems like SuccessFactors.
What you’ll do
- Process HR transactions related to promotions, separations, off-cycle changes, supervisor/counselor updates, and more
- Coordinate and support key HR processes such as performance management, orientation, people surveys, and variable pay
- Handle employee inquiries and escalate issues as needed
- Generate reports and provide data to support HR projects and initiatives
- Assist in internal communication flow and document tracking
- Manage high volumes of operational tasks with accuracy and consistency
- Support ad hoc projects and requests from HR leadership
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of professional experience preferred (HR or administrative roles ideal, but not required)
- Advanced Excel skills (must-have)
- C1 english level (must-have)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage high volumes of work and stay composed under pressure
- Proactive mindset and willingness to work independently
- Basic understanding of HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) is a plus

Work modality
