Job Description

We are seeking a certified and experienced Scrum Master to facilitate agile development practices and ensure high-performance delivery within cross-functional teams.

  • The Scrum Master will act as a servant leader, helping teams deliver value through proper Agile/Scrum practices, removing impediments, and fostering continuous improvement and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a coach and mentor for Agile best practices to team members and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to maintain a clear, groomed, and prioritized backlog.
  • Actively identify and remove impediments or blockers that affect team productivity.
  • Promote an environment of continuous improvement, collaboration, and transparency.
  • Protect the team from outside interruptions and scope changes during sprints.
  • Assist with the coordination of dependencies between teams and across departments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment.
