About the Role

We're seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our team. You'll play a crucial role in designing intuitive and engaging user experiences for our observability products, with a focus on making complex technical data accessible and actionable.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-fidelity mockups, visual designs, and interactive prototypes
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Develop and maintain comprehensive design documentation and specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements
• Transform complex technical requirements into elegant, user-friendly solutions
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and align with brand guidelines
• Participate actively in product development discussions

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UX Designer with successful project delivery
• Good technical background with an understanding of basic front-end development concepts
• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Experience with user research methodologies and statistical analysis
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and execution
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills for articulating design concepts to diverse stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for technical products or developer tools
• Understanding of observability platforms and data visualization
