This is the role
We are looking for a talented and experienced Security Manager to join our Quality & Regulatory team. The Security Manager works in a cross-functional role with internal and external stakeholders. In daily interaction with the IT and QRA group teams, this officer ensures the practical implementation and compliance of the information and security policies and procedures. The Security Manager is also responsible for identifying incidents, analysing them and reporting them to the relevant authority if necessary. We also expect the Security Manager to implement related capa processes along with internal stakeholders and make improvement proposals to optimize the information and security policy in coordination with the Evondos Group.
The aim is to contribute to professionalizing our organization and making it more future-proof in relation to legislation, customer and partners expectations and new business strategies.
As a Security Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws (such as Data act, Health data space) and selected standards. assessing new laws and standards and conducting risk analyses.
- Consistently maintaining and improving the ISMS (as an integrated part of the QMS). This involves revising or drafting policies and/or improving or introducing standard operating procedures (SOPs) or work instructions (WIs). Where possible, procedures should be the same for the Evondos Group. This may be deviated from due to the local situation.
- Responsible for registering and following up on security and data leak incidents. If necessary, also start the capa process.
- Leading internal and external audits for ISO 27001. In alignment with the Evondos Group organizing and implementing a training methodology to achieve and maintain awareness of information and security in the organization at an acceptable level.
- Collaborating with stakeholders such as IT, QRA and management team. And also collaborates with counter partners throughout the Evondos organization.
- Responsible for building and maintaining a coherent Security budget for Evondos Group
- B.Sc or other relevant education with experience in information security and cybersecurity.
- Experience in working according to and in ISMS.
- Knowledge on ISO 27001 (certificates already obtained are an advantage).
- Good documentation and analytical skills.
- Fluent of English in word and writing.
- Passion for Improvement.
- Good team player (interpersonal skills/ good communicator).
