Business Analyst (Java)

Position: Business Analyst - Java

Job Type: Permanent

Job Mode: Hybrid - 3 days onsite and 2 days remote in a week

Location: Helsinki, Finland

FINNISH LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY IS MANDATORY FOR THIS ROLE

Must Have

1. Experience with CRM platforms, especially Java and Service Cloud.

2. Knowledge of telecom products and billing processes.

3. Prior working experience as a business analyst or product owner in an Agile team

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage directly with customers to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

2. Model and map business processes such as Lead Management, Opportunity, CPQ, Order Management, Customer communication journey, and Customer Experience workflows.

3. Translate business needs into clear, structured documentation and visual process flows using tools like Gliffy, Lucidchart, Confluence.

4. Writting epics, details usecases, acceptance criteria in tools like Jira

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution alignment and drive project success.

6. Supporting the development team with clear, actional insights

7. Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and development team
