The Project Manager will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while adhering to relevant healthcare regulations.

About Your New Job

• This crucial role will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects related to our core MarTech applications, including CMS, PIM, Enterprise Search, DAM and CDP. The Project Manager will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while adhering to relevant healthcare regulations.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong project management background, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and a solid understanding of marketing technology principles.

What Skills You Need

• 5-7 years of experience managing technology implementation projects, preferably within a marketing or digital environment.
• Experience managing projects related to some or all the following MarTech platforms: CMS, PIM, Enterprise Search, DAM, CDP.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience within the healthcare industry and familiarity with the MarTech platforms listed are highly desirable.
