- As Brand Manager NIVEA Baltics , you will execute the marketing strategy and plans for the respective categories, ensuring the delivery of agreed category targets across all three Baltic countries
- Within the global and regional framework, and based on consumer insights and commercial data, you will co-create the local marketing activation plan for the respective categories in the Baltics, including assortment steering (launches, relaunches, and gap closing) as well as ATL & BTL programs
- You will own and manage the respective category budget, allocating investments in line with the local strategy and within regional guidelines
- You will oversee the adaptation of global and regional marketing materials, including product artworks, product labels, and marketing communication assets
- You will monitor, analyze, and optimize category performance based on external (Nielsen) and internal data to enhance strategic decision-making
- You will work closely with the Baltics commercial team to ensure cross-functional alignment and effective brand performance management throughout the year
- You will collaborate closely with the Eastern Europe Marketing Team to ensure adherence to the global and regional brand category strategy and execution
- 4+ years of experience in Marketing (FMCG experience preferred; cosmetics/beauty industry experience is a plus)
- Experience using Nielsen (extracting data, building reports, analyzing, and providing actionable insights)
- Knowledge of product preparation for the market, including management of labels and artwork preparation , with sensitivity to category language
- Experience in adapting media campaigns (adapting international campaigns to local markets)
- Knowledge and experience in digital planning , including an understanding of key digital KPIs and trends
- Knowledge and experience in TV planning , including an understanding of key TV KPIs and the ability to critically evaluate TV plans
- Strong presentation skills, from building a presentation to delivering it effectively to various audiences and for different goals
- Experience and knowledge in category management to contribute to category growth plans
- Results-driven and performance-oriented team player with an entrepreneurial mindset and a high sense of responsibility
- Native Latvian speaker , fluent in Russian and English
- Availability to work in Riga
