Then be ready to:

Create scroll-stopping static visuals for Meta and Google;
Add motion and animation that make your visuals move;
Collaborate with performance creatives, media buyers and CRO specialist to turn data into better design decisions;
Lead and pitch creative ideas, new ad angles, and visual directions
Stay on top of creative trends – and help set them;
Own multiple design assets, balance speed and quality, and deliver creatives you’re proud of;
Occasionally support with other creative tasks like web design elements and social media visuals.

Requirements:

Our expectations for you:

2+ years of hands-on experience in graphic design (big plus - performance focus);
Pro skills of Adobe Photoshop (bonus - Premiere Pro, After Effects);
You know what makes Meta and Google ads convert - it doesn't matter how they look, they must sell;
You love feedback, testing, iterating, and chasing what performs;
Self-sufficient, detail-oriented and proactive;
Fluent in Lithuanian and excellent English written skills;
A portfolio that shows not only polished visuals, but real thinking behind the creative.

💵 Salary. From 2300 Eur/month (gross), depending on individual experience.
