Full Stack Engineer

Description

We currently have a vacancy for a Full Stack Developer fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Luxembourg. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Tasks:

• Design and develop front-end website architecture, responsive applications, and user interactions to enhance the user experience;
• Develop backend business logic, relational database procedures, and scalable software, including the design and development of RESTful APIs;
• Implement security and data protection measures throughout the application;
• Compile and analyze data, processes, and code to troubleshoot issues and identify areas for improvement;
• Test and fix bugs or other coding issues to maintain application stability;
• Manage upgrades of technical components and execute required system migrations.

Requirements

• University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with a minimum of 13 years of relevant working experience in IT;
• Experience with Typescript and Angular as well as with asynchronous programming, the redux architecture and particularly the NGRX store;
• Experience with Java and with designing and implementing scalable, efficient, and secure solutions;
• Experience with Java back-end frameworks such as Spring boot and Hibernate for the implementation of microservices and RESTful APIs;
• Experience with PL/SQL and relational databases (Oracle);
• Experience with DevSecOps standards and practices;
• Experience with API Development and Security: Postman, Swagger/Open API and JWT (JSON Web Tokens);
• Good knowledge of application server management (WebLogic, Tomcat, Apache Maven);
• Good knowledge of Web security, authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth, Open ID Connect);
• Good knowledge of the following tools: JIRA, Confluence, Bamboo, Nexus, Jenkins, SonarQube;
• Good knowledge of the following reporting tools: Jasper Reports, BIRT Report;
• Excellent command of the English language.
