About The Role

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for technology, digital products, and making an impact? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Product / Project Manager to join our team in Glasgow! In this role, you’ll be working closely with the Senior Product Manager to help drive the development and improvement of our online pharmacy platform. This is an exciting opportunity to get hands-on experience managing product lifecycles, coordinating projects, and collaborating with various teams to deliver outstanding services to our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be assisting in the definition of product requirements, coordinating projects from start to finish, and working with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll have a hand in creating product roadmaps, tracking progress, and gathering user feedback to shape our offerings. This role will also see you supporting post-launch evaluations and helping to optimise products based on real user experiences.

You’ll be an essential bridge between departments, ensuring effective communication across marketing, IT, and customer service teams, making sure projects stay on track and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in defining product requirements and specifications, using market research and customer insights.
  • Coordinate and manage product development projects from initial concept through to launch.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Help create and maintain product roadmaps, including timelines and key milestones.
  • Conduct user research and collect customer feedback to guide product improvements.
  • Support tracking and reporting on project progress, identifying any issues and solutions.
  • Facilitate communication across departments, ensuring smooth collaboration and project flow.
  • Assist in post-launch evaluations and continuous product optimisation efforts.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualifications:
    • Recent graduate in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organisational skills and a knack for project management.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Problem-solving mindset with a keen interest in technology and digital products.
    • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience/Interest:
    • Any experience or interest in e-commerce, digital products, or the healthcare sector is a bonus.

  • Hybrid working: You need to be able to commute to our Glasgow office a few days a week.
