You’ll act as an internal entrepreneur: identifying opportunities, solving problems from scratch, and bringing AI agents to life for real-world use cases—from HR and customer service to healthcare and operations.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Build & Optimize AI Agents: Use LLMs, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and feedback loops to improve accuracy and performance.
• Drive Innovation: Design new platform features like voice interactions and multi-agent orchestration—then bring them to life.
• Work Directly with Clients: Translate business problems into technical solutions and ship high-impact AI integrations across platforms like Teams, web widgets, and internal tools.
• Own the Process: From architecture to deployment and iteration, you’ll lead projects with full autonomy and visibility.
• Shape Data & Learning: Structure datasets, apply RLHF, and iterate based on live feedback to improve results over time.
