Golang Developer

Specializing in Team Extension, Managed Services, Custom Software, and Nearshore, we currently have a team of over 2,350 professionals working on national and international projects across various technologies.

We are looking for Golang Developer to integrate on our backend squads!

Responsibilities

• Join a squad of developers.
• Implement technical stories or tasks created by a Team Leader or Solution Designer.
• Work within a cloud-first infrastructure safely and efficiently.
• Write the required code and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) configurations.
• Ensure the code goes through all testing stages in the CI/CD pipeline.
• Submit code for review and perform production deployment via CI/CD tools.
• Actively take part in peer code reviews.
• Be open to feedback on your work and apply changes as discussed with the team.
• Collaborate to resolve raised issues and improve overall code quality.
• Stay updated with relevant security patches and system upgrades.
• Suggest upgrades or code refactoring when needed.
• Provide clear technical documentation for your work.
• Follow Worten's standards for logging, metrics, and reporting within your projects.

What are we looking for?

• Proficiency in Golang
• Experience designing unit and integration tests
• Knowledge of relational databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with non-relational databases: Redis, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch
• Experience with messaging systems: Kafka, SQS
• Knowledge of cloud services, especially AWS (e.g., Lambda, S3)
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker
• Understanding of event-driven architectures
• Experience or familiarity with DDD (Domain-Driven Design) or Clean Architecture
• Knowledge of Actor Models, Sagas, and Process Managers
