YOUR ROLE:

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in the healthcare domain. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and managing project activities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee project execution, timelines, and deliverables;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements;
• Monitor project progress and report key metrics to management and clients;
• Ensure effective use of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps);
• Facilitate meetings, prepare documentation, and manage communication across teams;
• Support risk management and issue resolution processes;
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices and tools.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management or PMO-related functions;
• Strong knowledge of project management software and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent;
• Fluent in Portuguese, with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal);
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams;
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities;
• Experience in the healthcare domain is a strong plus.
