What You Will Be Doing
- Pioneer revolutionary AI-powered development systems that transform how software is architected, managed, and created - pushing the boundaries of what's possible in automated development
- Stay at the bleeding edge of AI innovation through intensive research, knowledge sharing, and active participation in tech communities - becoming a thought leader who helps shape the future of AI in software engineering
- Get bogged down in day-to-day code maintenance or debugging tasks that don't leverage your AI expertise
- Work on conventional development projects that don't push the boundaries of AI integration and innovation
- Drive transformational change in our development ecosystem by leveraging AI to dramatically improve speed, accuracy, and quality metrics - creating measurable impact on our product delivery timeline and customer satisfaction levels
- Proven track record of 3+ years driving impactful engineering initiatives
- Hands-on experience with modern AI coding assistants including Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, and v0.dev
- Demonstrated success in implementing Generative AI solutions in real-world applications
- Deep practical knowledge of various LLM platforms (GPT, Claude, Mistral) and their business applications
