Project Manager New Product Development (80-100%)

Description

Are you ready to take responsibility for technical projects and accompany products throughout their lifecycle? In our "Damper Actuators" team, you will play an important role in maintaining and further developing our product portfolio. You will lead interdisciplinary teams, manage technical challenges, and ensure that our products continue to meet the high standards expected in the HVAC industry. This position offers you the chance to contribute your expertise in a collaborative, international environment and to develop yourself further within a successful and innovative company.

What You'll Do

• Take responsibility for products and act as a Project Manager for the product lifecycle.
• Lead product modifications, ensure feasibility, monitor product risks and costs, and oversee verification.
• Coordinate the technical development team (architecture, mechanics, electronics, software, sensors) to deliver optimal technical solutions.
• Plan initiatives and monitor scope, costs, timeline, quality, and risks.
• Manage global quality cases and lead the quality case team (product management, procurement, production, quality).
• Ensure technical product documentation is kept up to date.
• Support product development project managers with project documentation.
  
  

Who You Are

• You hold a degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field, with several years of experience in product development, ideally as a technical project manager for machinery manufacturing, medtech, industrial automation or similar industries.
• Experience in the development of industrially manufactured mechatronic devices is a plus.
• Skilled in coordinating interdisciplinary teams and collaborating with departments such as product management, production, and quality.
• Proficient in using project management and PLM tools.
• You have strong analytical thinking, a structured working style, and excellent problem-solving skills.
• You are an enthusiastic team player with good communication skills in both German and English.
