We’re Hiring: Remote Data Analyst (Switzerland-based)

Are you passionate about transforming raw data into clear, actionable insights? We’re looking for a sharp and curious Data Analyst to support data-driven decisions across the organization — working remotely from anywhere in Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large data sets to identify trends and patterns

• Build dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker

• Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for business teams

• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand data needs

• Monitor key metrics and support performance tracking

• Automate reporting processes and contribute to data pipeline improvements

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or similar roles

• Proficient in SQL and one or more BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

• Strong Excel and data modeling skills

• Excellent communication skills — ability to turn data into a story

• Degree in Data Science, Business, Statistics, Economics, or related fields

• Fluent in English (German/French is a plus)

• Must be based in Switzerland and eligible to work remotely
