Senior Software Engineer

Role: Senior Software Engineer - C# and SQL
Salary: $180 - $200k + Super + Discretionary bonus circa 20%
Location: Fully remote - Sydney Candidates Only

My client is a Funds Management Software organisation. They work with leading financial organisations around the world, providing back-office software products.We are looking for a highly competent C# and SQL developer to join the team. The position is initially fully remote, with potential for 1 day a fortnight in the office.



Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain C# .Net applications, focusing on both web and desktop technologies.
• Work with SQL Server databases for data warehousing, security, and portfolio analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, manage client relationships, and ensure application enhancements meet business needs.
• Apply finance experience and accept risks when delivering software solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience developing software applications
• Strong experience in C#
• Strong experience in SQL
• Experienced with REST and SOAP API

Desirable Knowledge and Experience:

• Domain knowledge in finance, specifically funds management / wealth management
• Experience in Azure DevOps
