A growing and well-known infrastructure contractor is looking for a Project Manager to join their Stockholm operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who prefers being close to the ground—active in daily site work and leading from the front.

🔍 About the Role:

You’ll take full responsibility for managing civil projects, working directly with teams on-site, and ensuring smooth delivery from planning to completion. This isn’t a desk job—you’ll be close to operations, decisions, and the people making it happen.

✅ You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Leading the execution of civil/infrastructure projects
• Day-to-day coordination with site teams and subcontractors
• Acting as the main contact for stakeholders and clients
• Ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met

👤 What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Project Manager in civil engineering or infrastructure
• Hands-on approach—you enjoy being where things happen
• Background in smaller companies is a big plus
• Good communicator and team leader
• Fluent in Swedish (preferred) and English
• Based in or open to relocating to Stockholm
