As we shift toward a Product Operating Model, we’re building empowered, outcome-driven squads. One of these is the Operational & eCommerce Experiences Squad, and we’re hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong backend focus to join it.

About Operational & eCommerce Experiences Squad

Our mission is to enhance Wireless Logic’s commercial and digital ecosystem through scalable billing, pricing, and eCommerce solutions. From enabling automated invoicing and dynamic pricing, to delivering personalized product recommendations and seamless checkout experiences - we make it easier for customers to discover, manage, and grow with Wireless Logic's services.

The squad owns critical capabilities such as:

• Billing and pricing automation
• Revenue and subscription management
• Digital storefront and product catalogue
• Payment gateway integration
• Order tracking and personalisation

Your work will directly impact how customers interact with our platform - increasing satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you’ll primarily focus on backend engineering but contribute across the stack when needed. You will:

• Design and build new scalable backend services using TypeScript, and Java
• Support and maintain existing PHP systems
• Contribute to frontend development (primarily in React.js) when required
• Work on system integrations, microservices, and API development
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-value product features
• Lead technical discussions, architectural design, and code reviews
• Build automated CI/CD pipelines and ensure systems are observable, secure, and resilient
• Ensure code quality through testing, documentation, and strong software design practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues with a focus on root cause analysis
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and iterative product delivery cycles

Your Skills & Experience

You’re likely a great fit if you bring most of the following:

• Strong backend development experience in PHP
• Proficiency with TypeScript and/or Java and experience with modern web applications
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, event-driven architecture, and microservices
• Familiarity with React.js for frontend contributions
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Exposure to Kafka, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS or Azure)
• Knowledge of application security best practices, performance optimisation, and system scalability
• Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams
