We are looking for an “IT Chapter Lead – iOS”, to deliver high caliber mobile software products & to support and develop chapter members via promoting our “One Agile Way of Working” culture.
If you think you have most of the following qualifications;
- Mentor and support the iOS development team, ensuring their growth and development.
- Oversee the quality and performance of mobile software products, maintaining high standards.
- Promote and uphold our Agile way of working, encouraging teamwork and knowledge sharing.
- Plan, prioritize, and adjust project plans to meet evolving needs and ensure successful outcomes.
- Provide expert technical leadership and ensure best practices are applied in all development processes.
- Work closely with engineering leadership, product owners, and other stakeholders to drive innovation and problem-solving.
- Lead by example in people management, including hiring, onboarding, performance appraisals, and career development, emphasizing the importance of motivation and continuous learning.
If you think you may take charge of the following responsibilities;
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, science, or related fields.
- 10+ years of experience in iOS application development.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage complex teams.
- Strong understanding of digital banking channels and business process digitization.
- Excellent listening, coaching, and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with Agile project management methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict management abilities.
- High motivation and result-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Open-minded with a keen interest in new technologies and continuous learning.
