We are looking for passionate candidates to join our young and energetic team. The Marketing Video Designer will be part of our Marketing Team and will support the team in concepting, visualizing, and communicating design ideas for the product development process.

We are looking for:

• Minimum of 2 years experience within a commercial video design team,
• Video editing/storyboarding experience,
• Experience working with Marketing teams, communicating effectively to deliver on briefs,
• Highly creative with an eye for great design,
• Deep understanding of typography and layout,
• Deep understanding of digital design best practices,
• Understand how designs adapt for different platforms,
• Problem-solving and storytelling,
• Flexibility to work in a cross-functional environment with multiple priorities to manage,
• Can-do positive attitude with a strong work ethic,
• Excellent attention to detail,
• Fluency in English (writing, reading, speaking, and listening),
• Proficient in design tools (preferably Figma) and advanced use in Adobe including After Effects,

Responsibilities:

• Create video design solutions across a wide range of media including digital marketing, campaigns, and social,
• Keeping up to date with design trends, research, and developments in all media types and proactive sharing of ideas with the team,
• Know how to triangulate, understand the communication requirements, develop creative ideas, and deliver the work to the highest quality,
• Experience working across multiple, complex projects,
• Ad-hoc design work for presentations and thought leadership materials,
• Social videography skills, storyboarding and editing video, subtitling for social media use,
• Graphic design and animation skills: able to produce high quality images and videos for social media,
• Understanding of how to design with accessibility in mind to ensure the digital content is inclusive for all,
• Producing onsite display video advertising for Marketing campaigns,
