We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to drive the adoption and implementation of agile methodologies across our global engineering teams. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our agile transformation journey, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and enhancing team performance. We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to drive the adoption and implementation of agile methodologies across our global engineering teams. Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Lead the adoption of agile methodologies across global engineering teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Evaluate and recommend agile tools and technologies to optimize productivity and workflow.
- Design and deliver agile training programs to enhance team capabilities and performance.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to scrum masters, teams, and individuals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure agile practices are effectively integrated and drive lean execution.
- Identify competency gaps and areas for improvement and align recommendations with RD&E, Factory Heads, and Supply Chain Managers.
- Facilitate global knowledge-sharing networks for scrum masters and promote best practices in agile engineering.
- Track and report on the progress of agile adoption and its impact on organizational efficiency.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in agile methodologies.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.
- Agile Coach or Scrum Master certification or solid practical experience in agile coaching.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a complex global organization.
- Proven experience implementing agile techniques in different work cultures and environments.
- Experience managing agile projects of varying sizes and complexity.
- Strong knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
- Expertise in leading, educating, facilitating, and coaching teams.
- Hands-on experience in product development.
- Experience with cross cultural teams in multiple locations
- Fluent and comprehensive English language skills.
