We’re scaling up and looking for senior backend developers to join our team. You will be a part of a highly skilled backend team responsible for critical services, integrations, and infrastructure, all while keeping user experience, reliability, and performance top of mind.

What you'll do

• Plan and develop new features and services in collaboration with partners and internal product, design, and client teams
• Own and maintain existing services, addressing bugs and optimizing for performance
• Help shape and improve infrastructure and governance, contributing to developer efficiency and scalability
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews, merge/pull requests, and other collaborative processes
• Operate in a highly agile environment where developers own the development life cycle and are trusted to make release decisions

Who you are

We don’t expect you to know it all, but we value collaborativeness, fast learners and a proactive mindset.

• You have 4+ years of experience in backend development, ideally having owned or driven parts of a product
• You are experienced with Java, databases, API’s, Kubernetes and distributed systems
• You are tech-savvy with a strong product focus, understanding not just how things work, but why they matter and how they fit into the bigger picture
• You are curious and self-driven, ask questions and take initiative when you see something that can be improved
• You are collaborative, thrive in small, cross-functional teams and appreciate the balance of autonomy and support
• You are adaptable and hands-on, enjoy working on both feature development and the technical details that keep services running smoothly
