AI Product Manager – Domain Specialist

Overview

We’re looking for a forward-thinking AI Product Manager to lead the development of intelligent, data-driven products within one of the following specialized areas: Finance Continuous Closing, Payments Reconciliation, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Customer 360, or Capex Optimization. In this role, you’ll define and execute a product vision that uses AI to solve complex operational problems and deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Product Strategy: Define and drive a clear roadmap for AI-first solutions aligned with domain-specific business goals.
• Lead Cross-Functional Development: Partner with engineers, data scientists, and business leaders to build and scale AI-powered products.
• Drive Discovery: Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to uncover key insights and innovation opportunities.
• Manage the Product Lifecycle: Oversee end-to-end development from ideation and prototyping to launch and continuous iteration.
• Prioritize Effectively: Evaluate and rank features based on business impact, feasibility, and user need.
• Measure & Optimize: Define KPIs, track performance, and use data to guide product refinements.
• Ensure Domain Compliance: Address industry-specific regulations, data privacy, and security standards.
• Champion AI Innovation: Be the go-to expert and advocate for AI in your domain, helping drive strategic adoption across teams.
• Develop Business Cases: Communicate product value and secure stakeholder support through ROI-focused proposals.

What You’ll Bring

• Over two years of product management experience with a strong focus on AI/ML-driven products.
• Technical fluency with AI technologies, machine learning frameworks, and data analytics.
• Proven expertise in one or more of the following domains: Finance Closing, Payments, GIS, Customer 360, or Capex.
• Experience working in agile teams, collaborating closely with engineering and data functions.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to solving complex problems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and data governance relevant to your domain.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI/ML tools (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of user-centric design and AI-specific UX/UI challenges.
• Background in startups or high-growth environments deploying AI at scale.
