Senior Project Manager

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex fintech projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.

This role requires strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of fintech operations, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Execution & Delivery: Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions within budget constraints.
• Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and analysts, fostering collaboration and clear communication.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to ensure project success.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Process Optimization: Implement and refine project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) to enhance efficiency and adaptability.
• Compliance: Ensure projects adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to fintech, including data security and privacy.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in the fintech or financial services sector.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with fintech technologies, such as payment systems, blockchain, or API integrations. Experience working with software development teams is essential.
