Our client who is in the retail space is looking for a talented Mid-Weight Digital Designer with strong Retail and UX/UI skills to drive digital projects across web, email, and social media.

What you’ll be doing:

• Design and develop digital assets, including website banners, email visuals, and UX/UI components
• Execute digital campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media
• Create user-friendly, intuitive designs that enhance the digital customer experience
• Present design and product concepts to managers for feedback
• Support the development and evolution of UX/UI standards within the brand
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, visually compelling digital experiences

What you’ll bring:

• A degree in Design or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in retail digital design with strong UX/UI capabilities
• Proficiency in Figma (required), Adobe Creative Suite, and basic After Effects and Premiere Pro skills
• Knowledge of digital trends and UX/UI best practices
• A passion for crafting cohesive digital designs that engage and inspire

This role primarily focuses on digital design, with around 70% of your time dedicated to creating engaging digital assets. While UX and UI principles are essential, they’ll play a smaller, complementary role, so we’re looking for someone who thrives in the digital design space and is excited to incorporate a bit of UX and UI into their work along the way.
