We’re looking for Data Analyst to join the Growth & Marketing team in Oda!
In this role, you’ll be a one of two Data Analysts in the team for Norway and Sweden, making sure we use data smartly to drive profitable growth! 🚀 You’ll work closely with a Senior Data Analyst and stakeholders across Oda to understand their needs and build solutions that make their work easier and more effective with data. From running experiments and analyzing results to building dashboards, you’ll turn data into everyday value. You’ll also collaborate with product, content, and data teams to improve current initiatives and spot new growth opportunities. The goal? To create even better customer experiences—powered by data-driven insight!

What you’ll be doing as a Data Analyst in Growth & Marketing
- Support growth and marketing initiatives with actionable insights, analysis, and reporting.
- Help translate business questions into analytical approaches–and data into recommendations.
- Design and evaluate experiments (A/B tests) to optimize campaigns and customer journeys.
- Build and maintain dashboards that help the team track performance and make informed decisions.
- Create brand new datasets and make changes to old ones, writing SQL queries with Snowflake & dbt.
What you’ll need to succeed 🌟
- A degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a similar relevant field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience as a data analyst/scientist, consultant, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset and the ability to understand the "why" behind numbers and translate insights into clear actions.
- Strong experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI) for data analysis.
- Has a foundational understanding of A/B testing and statistical principles, and is either comfortable designing, interpreting, and supporting such tests — but don’t worry, we’re just as interested in applicants who are highly motivated to learn and grow in this area!
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Enjoy helping others get value from data—by making it easier to explore insights, create reports, and visualise data to support better decisions.
What would be nice to have 💡
- It's great if you have familiarity with programming languages like SQL, Python, or R.
- It's a bonus if you're fluent in Norwegian or Swedish.
- It’s great if you’ve got experience working cross-functionally with product, content, marketing & CRM teams.
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments – or you're excited to gain it!
