Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Infrastructure and Engineering teams to maintain and enhance software products, ensuring security, stability, and compliance with platform policies.
- Support the Customer Success team by troubleshooting customer issues and providing necessary fixes and patches.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the end-to-end system architecture, reverse engineer and document it for cross-team reference.
- Manage cloud infrastructure and implement DevOps best practices, maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform regular security updates, patching, and performance optimizations for software products.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development.
- Experience with full-stack development, services, and cloud deployment.
- Proficiency in AWS.
- Strong understanding of full-stack development using Go, JavaScript, and React.
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB and MongoDB.
- Familiarity with C# for desktop applications.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or BuildKite.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools like Docker, Terraform, and Linux.
- Strong Git and GitHub knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Expertise in both GCP and AWS.
- Experience with gRPC and Protobuf.
- Familiarity with game engines such as Unity.
- Experience with TestFlight.
- Understanding of software installers.
- Knowledge of Jenkins, BuildKite, and Bitbucket Pipelines.
- Experience with Electron.
