We are looking for a Python Developer (Cloud & AI) to join a team building AI-powered solutions for a company in the biotechnology industry. The team focuses on developing Agent- and LLM-based applications, tailored to real and evolving business needs.

This work is part of a broader internal program, where projects are defined and prioritized dynamically — based on user feedback and current challenges.

It’s a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of technology and science, delivering high-impact AI solutions in a modern cloud environment.

We offer a choice of employment form: Employment Contract or B2B

• UoP: 14 000 – 16 000 PLN gross/month
• B2B: 120 – 140 PLN net/hour + VAT
  
  

You Might Be The Perfect Match If You Are/have

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in software development
• Strong proficiency in Python for backend development
• Solid experience working with SQL databases
• Comfortable working in Unix environments
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  
  

Moreover, We Appreciate Skills In These Areas

• Familiarity with large language model (LLM) frameworks such as LangChain and Pydantic-AI
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and MCP servers
• Some experience with frontend technologies like TypeScript and React
• Understanding of application, web, and database servers
• Experience with Docker
