Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead and deliver cross-functional projects from initiation through completion. This role is fully remote and open to candidates based in Canada. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead and deliver cross-functional projects from initiation through completion. This role is fully remote and open to candidates based in Canada. You will be responsible for managing scope, timelines, stakeholders, and budgets while ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource plans, and communication strategies.
- Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Prepare and deliver status reports, presentations, and project documentation.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a remote or distributed team environment.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, MS Project, Trello).
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent certification.
- Experience in [specific industry if applicable, e.g., SaaS, healthcare, fintech].
- Familiarity with cloud platforms or digital transformation projects.
