Position Overview
Avant-garde Health is seeking a Data Analyst to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a highly motivated professional with at least two years of relevant experience. The Data Analyst will be responsible for conducting sophisticated data analyses, providing actionable insights, and supporting the implementation of our analytical software solutions. You will play a critical role in delivering value to health systems, surgery centers, and physicians by optimizing their operational efficiency and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with health system leaders and clinicians to clearly understand their operational and financial objectives.
- Perform in-depth analysis of complex healthcare datasets, extracting actionable insights and formulating strategic recommendations.
- Support comprehensive project management activities, ensuring timely completion and delivery of project milestones.
- Develop detailed client-facing presentations and reports to effectively communicate analytical insights and strategic guidance.
- Provide ongoing client support, facilitating successful implementation and maximizing value derived from our software.
- Actively contribute to internal initiatives aimed at continuously enhancing product functionality and increasing client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience, preferably within healthcare consulting, analytics, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree in healthcare management, business, or a related discipline preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry standards, operations, and quality metrics preferred.
- Proficiency with data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL) highly desirable.
