GRC Project Manager Infrastructure project management

We have an urgent requirement for GRC Project Manager Infrastructure project management – strong experience in Banking Sector for our banking client in Oman

Strong experience in managing a number of projects related to the landscape of Governance, risk and compliance.---Must

Strong experience on IT governance and regulatory frameworks in banking (e.g., SOX, GLBA, Basel, FFIEC). is Must

Strong banking experience is---Must

Strong experience in governance, risk management, incident response, and information security --Must

Ideal candidate will be having : PMP + CRISC + CISA/CGEIT + ISO 27001 + ITIL

Strong experience on managing infrastructure-focused projects is MUST

Certification must - CISA, CISM, ServiceNow GRC, RSA Archer, CRISC, CGEIT, ISO/IEC 27001

Responsible for the delivery of the governance/IT projects, which will involve managing a number of projects related to the landscape of Governance, risk and compliance. Coordinate with teams who are working on the various projects and status update on the project progress.

Lead and deliver complex IT governance projects across GRC and infrastructure domains within a regulated banking environment.
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle: scope definition, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Drive implementation of IT governance frameworks such as COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST, and align with banking regulations (e.g., SOX, PCI DSS, GDPR, FFIEC, Basel II/III).
Collaborate with key stakeholders (IT Security, Compliance, Audit, Infrastructure, Legal, Risk) to ensure projects meet governance, security, and regulatory standards.
Manage GRC platform implementations or enhancements (e.g., RSA Archer, ServiceNow GRC, MetricStream).
Oversee infrastructure-related initiatives, including data center transitions, cloud migrations, network upgrades, and disaster recovery planning.
Support internal and external audits, ensuring accurate documentation and audit readiness.
Track KPIs, project risks, issues, dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
Ensure alignment with enterprise IT strategy, regulatory compliance, and risk management objectives.
