Responsibilities

• Create user journeys, personas and story maps.
• Design low fidelity & high fidelity prototypes and present them to the other designers, partners and developers, we want to build the best experience for our users no matter what device they are on.
• Help business partners identify key challenges and propose creative solutions that bridge those gaps.
• Build rapid prototypes to help validate the experiences through user testing.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop visual concepts that support campaign objectives and enhance user experience.
• Create infographics and data visualizations to simplify complex financial information for our clients.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
• Monitor emerging trends in interactive technologies, content and design.
• Unify the design for both desktop and mobile apps.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge and understanding of UX and UI practices.
• Proficient in design tools like Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools, along with a strong understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Experience designing UX/UI mobile/desktop interfaces.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a desire to learn and incorporate emerging technologies in the UX/UI field.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A portfolio that demonstrates an ability to design clean, modern mobile and desktop interfaces and case studies of your UX.
• Good to have
• Experience in the Financial Services field.
• Experience with HTML and CSS.
