Job Description Role: UI/UX Designer
Experience: 8 to 12 years
Preferred Work location: Hyderabad only
Notice : immediate to 30 days max
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design Chatbot Interfaces: • Create visually appealing and user-friendly chatbot UI designs that align with brand guidelines and user needs. • Design conversational flows, micro-interactions, and visual elements to enhance user engagement.
2. UX Journey Mapping: • Develop and optimize user journeys for chatbot interactions, ensuring a smooth and intuitive experience. • Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
3. Design Thinking: • Apply Design Thinking methodologies to solve complex user problems and innovate chatbot experiences. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate, prototype, and iterate on design solutions.
4. Wireframing & Prototyping: • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups to communicate design concepts effectively. • Use tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools to bring designs to life.
5. Collaboration & Communication: • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business goals. • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into iterations.
6. Stay Updated on Trends: • Keep abreast of the latest trends in chatbot design, conversational UI, and UX best practices. • Continuously explore new tools and techniques to improve design processes and outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
•8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on chatbot interfaces or conversational AI.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering successful digital products.
• ServiceNow Virtual Agent UI build/customization/MS Teams integration Skills: • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design. • Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.
• Knowledge of Design Thinking and human-cantered design methodologies. Nice-to-Have:
• Familiarity with AI, NLP, and machine learning concepts as they relate to chatbot functionality.
• Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Design Thinking - UI/UX certification Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
