Responsibilities

Service Delivery Leadership:

  • Ensure seamless execution of all OT/IT cybersecurity service delivery operations, meeting stringent timelines and quality benchmarks.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of cybersecurity projects, from initiation to closure, including risk assessments and compliance adherence.

Operational Excellence

  • Establish robust processes, workflows, and frameworks for efficient and scalable service delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, cost efficiency, and operational performance.

Engineering Oversight

  • Supervise engineering teams to ensure the development of secure, high-quality solutions for OT/IT environments.
  • Provide technical guidance and resolve escalations related to service delivery, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

Client Engagement

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their cybersecurity requirements and customize solutions accordingly.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Cross-functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives, including cybersecurity projects and solutions.
  • Drive process innovation and foster a culture of operational excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related fields; certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in service delivery, project management, and engineering within the cybersecurity domain.
  • Strong understanding of OT/IT environments, industrial cybersecurity, and secure networking practices.
