- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends in OT/IT cybersecurity.
- Identify target markets and customer segments, crafting tailored value propositions.
- Lead client acquisition efforts, focusing on high-value accounts in critical infrastructure, manufacturing, and other key sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Establish performance metrics and foster a results-driven culture within the sales organization.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and emerging trends in cybersecurity to identify opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights to support product development and marketing strategies.
- Achieve revenue targets and ensure profitability through effective sales planning and execution.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to optimize pricing and contracts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on IT/OT cybersecurity solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of OT/IT environments and cybersecurity challenges.
