Salary: $110k - $130k + Super + 10% STI

This is an exciting, broad and varied position, offering involvement and interaction with every part of the business and real input into the organisation’s strategy. We’re seeking a highly organised and motivated Project Manager to drive process improvements, deliver strategic projects end-to-end, enhance business effectiveness and lead and support critical operational functions to achieve project outcomes and ultimately the organisations’ strategic goals and objectives.
As a stand-alone role, this is an ideal position for an experienced self-starter who wants ownership & responsibility from day one.
Your Area of Responsibilities:

Project Management:
- Work closely with the Executive to understand the key business activities and projects, and lead the successful delivery of key projects, milestones and outcomes.
- Develop and support the execution of project plans, budgets and reporting for strategic initiatives including timelines, resource needs and success metrics.
Business Effectiveness:
- Identify, define and manage business effectiveness and process improvement projects across all business activities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Operations & IT Support:
- Manage relationships with external IT and cybersecurity support providers and ensure effective performance and timely resolution of technical issues.
- Using risk management system, Protecht, review, measure and manage risk across the business.
Your Profile:
The ideal candidate would be an experienced Project Manager who wants a broader role, with the autonomy to drive real organisational changes, and accountability for delivering key strategic priorities.
- Candidates with related qualifications or equivalent experience are preferred.
- Able to showcase previous experiences of demonstrating operational and project management, balancing and ensuring successful delivery of multiple projects and business priorities.
- Proven experience in driving process improvement initiatives and enhancing business effectiveness.
- Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices.
- Experience in managing vendors particularly within IT.
- Experience in risk management and reporting including risk management software.
- Proficient in Microsoft project, office, word, excel, PowerPoint and project-related software.
- Interest in working in a small, values-based highly engaged family business environment.
